A 25% deposit is required for any reservation and must be paid with a credit card. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. Reservations may be made by phone, fax, or by our secure web page. Reservations must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to the reservation date to recieve a full refund. Any cancellation made within seven (7) days of the reservation date will result in a one (1) day rental charge for each unit reserved. The remainder of the deposit, if any, will be refunded within 24 hours of the cancellation. Cancellation must be made by phone or fax. Cancellations may not occur on or after the reservation date. Any Cancellations or "no Shows" on the reservation date will be responsible for the entire rental period. In addition, a $500.00 dollar security deposit will be collected upon pick-up of your rental equipment. Security deposits may be made in cash, check, or credit card, and will be returned to you when the rental equipment has been returned in the agreed upon condition. The security deposit is held and may be retained by Wildcat Watersports (in part or whole) in the event the rental equipment is returned late, damaged, or low on fuel. Rental equipment may be checked out after 7:30A.M. on the reservation start date and must be returned by 6:00P.M. on the return date. |
